Online Tutoring Service

In response to COVID 19, Tootor is providing affordable online tutoring using screen sharing face-to-face technology with fully qualified volunteer tutors, for kindergarten to grade 12 students in support of the Ontario curriculum. A project of NewArts a registered Canadian charity based in Toronto.

WHAT
WE DO
Our projects encourage racial and social harmony and open a window on the world and the communities they live in.
NewArts creates innovative arts and educational projects including tutoring programs for children and artists in schools and community collaborations, films and performances involving live music and actors to leave a lasting impact on its audiences. We perform in schools, festivals and community events. We provide skills and training for young apprentices who participate in the creation and delivery of our projects. We work in collaboration with community groups, governments, and agencies in service delivery.
WHO
WE ARE
A registered Canadian charity founded in 2007. The organization seeks to broaden the horizons of diverse children, youth and the broader public through the creation of innovative arts and educational projects. We assist and inspire young people to pursue the many opportunities beyond their immediate environment and explore their world. Many project activities are provided remotely in-person activities operate out of public buildings, local schools, and community centres in Toronto and the surrounding region.

A technology program to match English tutors with refugees in their homes and communities.
